Terms of Service

MyGuest.Today ("the Service", "we", "us") is a digital guidebook platform that helps vacation rental hosts share property information with their guests. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

By creating an account or accessing a guest guidebook, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to create an owner account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account, create accounts on behalf of others without their consent, or use the Service to impersonate any person or entity.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Distribute malware, spam, or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or any related systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service without our prior written consent.
• Engage in any activity that places an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.

Hosts may generate time-limited, token-based links to share guidebooks with their guests. Regarding guest access:

• Guest links are intended for the specific stay they were created for and should not be shared publicly.
• Guests do not need to create an account. Any feedback submitted through a guest link is associated with the stay, not with an individual identity.
• Hosts are responsible for the content of their guidebooks and for ensuring guest links are used appropriately.
• We reserve the right to deactivate links that are misused or shared in a way that violates these Terms.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to MyGuest.Today — property descriptions, instructions, photos, and other materials ("Your Content").

By submitting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and deliver it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your guests. We will never use Your Content for advertising or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

The MyGuest.Today name, logo, design, software, and all other platform elements are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from them without our express written consent.

We welcome feedback and suggestions. If you share ideas with us, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.

We aim to keep MyGuest.Today available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects availability.
• Add, modify, or remove features at any time.
• Change pricing if we introduce paid plans in the future — existing users will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyGuest.Today shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any content posted by you or other users.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of €100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify registered owners by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you continue to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
